This program is designed to bridge the gap between technical education and real-world employment opportunities.

In Greece, there is a growing shortage of qualified professionals in key technical trades such as plumbing, refrigeration, electrical systems, and facility maintenance. Despite the existence of vocational schools and technical lyceums, many students do not pursue a career in their field of study.

Through the “Future Technicians” initiative, we aim to:

• Connect graduating students with real job opportunities and mentorship

• Offer guidance and insight into the technical industry and its evolving needs

• Collaborate with schools, teachers, and local authorities to promote technical professions

• Support the integration of young professionals into the workforce through training, workshops, and internships

This initiative reflects our commitment to social responsibility, sustainable development, and empowering youth by actively contributing to the national effort of reviving technical professions and strengthening the Greek economy.
